This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode.
Learned counsel for the State submits that he has not obtained the case diary as well as 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim and the medical
examination report.
Since one of the offence under which charge sheet has been submitted is one under section 376(3) of Cr.P.C., let an extra copy of the bail
application be served on the learned counsel for the State by tomorrow (20.07.2021), who shall send the same to the I.I.C., Brahmagiri police station
in Brahmagiri P.S. Case No.204 of 2020 for its service on the informant and it will be intimated to her that the matter will be taken up in the week
commencing from 02.08.2021 and if she so likes, she can engage a counsel to oppose the prayer for bail. A written proof regarding service of notice
be obtained from the informant.
Put up this matter in the week commencing from 02.08.2021. Case diary, 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim and medical examination report shall
be obtained in the meantime.
