Judgment
Hon’ble Mr. Chhabilendra Roul, Member (A):
When the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the compliance affidavit has been filed. The same is also found on record.
Learned counsel for the applicant, however, submits that a copy of the same has not been received.
Learned counsel for the respondents furnishes a copy of the compliance affidavit to learned counsel for the applicant in the Court itself.
Learned counsel for the respondents further submits that, pursuant to the order of this Tribunal, the result of the applicant in SSC No. 2 has been declared and it is further submitted that the dossier of the applicant has been forwarded to the User Department. It appears that the applicant has been declared successful.
In view of the aforesaid development, it appears that the respondent has complied with the order dated 21.11.2025 in OA No. 4479/2025 passed by this Tribunal.
In view thereof, the present C.P. stands closed.
Notice stands discharged.
