Judgment
Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 6th August, 2020, Mr. Katikia, learned Additional Government Advocate states that he had received instructions on 20th August, 2020 confirming that the Appellant is residing at his village.
A communication be sent forthwith to the Appellant through the I.I.C., Dharmasala Police Station that he should remain present before this Court on the next date of hearing i.e. 7th December, 2021.
Meanwhile, a complete copy of the paper book will be supplied to the Secretary, Orissa High Court Legal Services Committee (OHCLSC), who will assign a legal aid counsel for this case to appear on behalf of the Appellant. The details of the counsel so assigned will be furnished to the Registry by the Secretary, OHCLSC within ten days. The Registry will in turn furnish the details immediately to the IIC, Dharmasala Police Station so that he can pass it on to the Appellant without delay.
List on 7th December, 2021. A copy of this order be delivered forthwith to the Secretary, OHCLSC for compliance.
