We have heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondents.

From the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant, it seems that the applicant has made representation on 13th November, 2023 which is still not decided by the respondents.

Since representation is pending, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondents to decide the representation in a time bound manner.

In view of the above, the respondent No.4 is directed to decide the representation of the applicant dated 13th November, 2023 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with the applicable rules, circulars, OMs, Notifications etc. and intimate the decision on the representation to the applicant within one week thereafter.

It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

The Original Application stands disposed of. Pending MAs, if any, stand closed. No costs.
