O R D E R
Shri Pradeep Kumar Mishra, counsel for the applicant is present.
Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, counsel for the respondents are present.
The applicant made a submission that his representation dated 20.08.2022 is pending before the respondents. He seeks only direction to decide the aforesaid representation.
The applicant was compulsory retired on 22.03.2011. As per applicant, any retiral benefits have not been released.
After consideration, the respondents are directed to decide the representation dated 20.08.2022 submitted by the applicant within a period of three months from the date of receiving the copy of this order along with the fresh copy of representation dated 20.08.2022, which will submitted by the applicant himself.
The O.A. is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
