Applicant has filed Misc. Application No. 1865/2022 seeking permission to withdraw the Original Application with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that he has no objection if this M.A. is allowed.

Accordingly, the M.A. is allowed.

The Original Application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
