Judgment
Taken up through video conferencing.
Learned counsel for the respondent / complainant / applicant in F.A. No. 1210 of 2017 submits that he would like to withdraw the instant M.A. No. 182 of 2021 and file appropriate application before the State Commission.
In the wake of the above submission the M.A. No. 182 of 2021 is rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
The respondent / complainant is at liberty to file appropriate application before the State Commission. It goes without saying that the matter shall be heard and decided by the State Commission on merit, and the respondent / complainant shall retain the right to agitate the State Commission's decision as per the law.
The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the appeal and to the learned counsel for the respondent / complainant as well as to the State Commission within three days from today. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
