Judgment
Justice L. Narasimha Reddy, Chairman:
The applicant was imposed the punishment of removal from service. Aggrieved by that, he availed the remedy of appeal. The Appellate Authority modified the order of punishment to the one of stoppage of increments for some period. This OA is filed challenging the said order.
Today, when the OA is taken up, learned counsel for the applicant brought to our notice that his client filed a review, not satisfied with the order of appellate authority, and accordingly he seeks permission of the Tribunal to withdraw the OA, with liberty to pursue the remedy of review.
Permission is accorded. The OA is dismissed leaving it open to the applicant to pursue the remedy of review, in accordance with law.
Pending MA shall also stand disposed of.
