Heard Mr. S. Lodh, learned counsel appearing for the petitoiner as well as Mr. Ratan Datta, learned PP appearing for the State-respondent.

This is an application filed under section 439 Cr.P.C for granting bail to the accused-persons in connection with Dharmanagar PS case no. 92 of 2019 under sections 148/149/ 120B/326/307/379/435 of the IPC and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

Mr. Lodh, learned counsel has submitted that the accused-persons are in custody for more than 80 days. Mr. Lodh, has further submitted that, this is purely a case of political nature and none of the accused-persons is involved with the case. Mr. Lodh, learned counsel has further submitted that the accused-persons are ready to face the trial and there is no chance of evading the trial.

Mr. Ratan Datta, learned PP has produced the case diary.

I have perused the case diary and after perusal of the same, I find that investigation has already been completed and there is no chance of tampering the evidence. Hence, I am inclined to release the accused-persons on bail.

Accordingly, the accused-persons, namely, Md. Kayel Ahamed @ Raju, Md. Helal Uddin @ Helal Miah, Md. Samim Uddin and Md. Noor Uddin be released on bail, on executing a bond of Rs. 25,000/- each with one surety each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, North Tripura, Dharmanagar.

With this observation and direction, the instant application is allowed and stands disposed of.
