This application is filed praying for correction in the order dated 7.5.2021 in Criminal Misc. Application No.6847 of 2021 releasing the applicant on bail
in connection with FIR being I-C.R.No.01 of 2021 registered with ACB Police Station, Ahmedabad city, which was wrongly mentioned in the
application praying for bail. While passing the order, according to the prayer made in that application, it reflects order of releasing the applicant on bail
in connection with an offence registered with ACB Police Station, Ahmedabad city. However, Mr.Dhruv Toliya, learned advocate for the applicant
submitted that offence is actually registered with ACB Police Station, Ahmedabad (Rural) and it was his mistake to mention the same as ACB Police
Station, Ahmedabad city which needs correction.
Since it is a shear mistake in mentioning place of registration of an FIR, it is hereby corrected and order dated 7.5.2021 in Criminal Misc. Application
No.6847 of 2021 more particularly para 2 and 9 thereof where it is mentioned “I-CR No.01 of 2021 registered with ACB Police Station,
Ahmedabad City†should be read as “I-C.R.No.01 of 2021 registered with ACB Police Station, Ahmedabad (Rural)†in paragraph Nos. 2 and 9.
Registry may issue fresh writ incorporating aforesaid correction in the order dated 7.5.2021.
With this, this application stands allowed accordingly.
Registry is directed to communicate this order to the jail authority as also the concerned Sessions Court immediately.
