O R D E R

Shri Rakesh Kumar Dixit, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri M K Sharma vice Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, learned counsel for the respondents are present.
The applicant by virtue of the instant Original Application seeks a direction to the respondents to assign him notional seniority in pursuance to their letter dated 16.02.2021 which is placed at Annexure(A-4) of this O.A. Since the prayer in this Original Application is very innocuous. With the consent of the learned counsel for the respondents, the O.A. is being disposed of with a direction to the competent authority amongst the respondents to take an appropriate decision in accordance with the rules upon the aforesaid letter issued by Senior Superintendent of Post Office, Allahabad Division, Allahabad. The direction be complied with within a period of six weeks from the date of this order.
O.A. is disposed of at the admission stage with the aforesaid directions.
No order as to costs.
