Judgment

By way of the present Original Application, the applicant is seeking direction to the respondents to provide him employment assistance in view of his land acquired by the respondents for their Railway project.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the representation of the applicant dated 09.11.2021 (Annexure A-10) for redressal of his grievances raised in this Original Application is still pending consideration before the respondent department. Therefore, he submitted that the applicant will be satisfied if the respondents are directed to consider and decide the applicant’s representation (Annexure A-10) in a time-bound manner.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection if this Original Application is disposed of in the above terms.
Accordingly, without going into the merits of the case, this Original Application is disposed of at the admission stage itself with a direction to the competent authority of the respondent department to consider and decide the applicant’s representation dated 09.11.2021 (Annexure A-10), if not already decided, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
