Judgment
ORDER
The counsel appearing for the parties submits that the parties have amicably settled the matter by entering into consent terms dated 29.04.2024 wherein against the total claim of Rs.52.94 Lakhs principal and 28.43 Lakhs interest, the CD has agreed and undertaken to pay the settlement amount of Rs. 25 lakhs to the Operational Creditor as full and final settlement of all outstanding dues. Rs. 12 lakhs will be paid simultaneously on the signing of the consent terms and remaining amount of Rs. 13 lakhs will be paid in 26 instalments of Rs. 50,000/- each starting from 01.06.2024. Consent terms is taken on record.
In view of the consent terms, main Company Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
