CA(IB)No.1488/KB/2019 is filed by the IRP praying for withdrawal of the further proceedings in pursuance of the final order of admission of the Corporate Debtor passed by this Bench on 16.10.2019 in CP(IB)No.666/KB/2018 on account of settlement arrived in between the parties after passing of the final order.
CA(IB)No.1489/KB/2019 is filed by the Financial Creditor with very same prayer.
Both the CAs are allowed and main CP stands disposed of as withdrawn.
