O R D E R

Ld. Counsel for the Resolution Professional (RP) appeared.

IA(IB) No. 790/KB/2020 is filed u/s. 12A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 for withdrawal of CP)IB) No.1228/KB/2019 on ground of settlement. It is seen from the records that the CoC in its 2nd meeting held on 17/08/2020 by 100% voting share has passed the resolution for withdrawal of the proceeding. Proceeding stands withdrawn and disposed of.

It is submitted that the fees of the RP have already been paid and if anything remains the Financial Creditor undertakes to clear the same.

With this observations the IA(IB) No. 790/KB/2020 stands disposed of.

The Registry is directed to send e-mail copy of the order forthwith to all the parties inclusive of the Counsel.
