Judgment
As per last order, the respondent had to file Vakalatnama and reply within four weeks and rejoinder was to be filed within two weeks thereafter.Â
Today Mr. Diggaj Pathak, learned counsel for the respondent submits that Vakalatnama has been filed and he has instructions to submit that parties
may be given opportunity to discuss by physical meeting or by any other means for purpose of reconciliation of accounts and thereafter the respondent
is willing to pay the dues as found payable. For this, parties are given three weeks' time. If reconciliation is fruitful, leading to settlement, no reply
need be filed, otherwise the reply should be filed before the next date.
Post the matter under the same head on 18.5.2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has no instructions on the prayer for reconciliation but in opinion of this Tribunal such an opportunity will be in the
interest of justice. Therefore, the petitioner should be well-advised to make an effort for reconciliation of accounts within the time indicated
above. Â
