Judgment
IA(I.B.C)/1524(KB)2025:
a. This application has been filed by the Youthstar Vanijya Private Limited, the sole Financial Creditor seeks the following reliefs –
“(a)That Mr. Santanu Brahma, Liquidator be replaced with Narayan Agarwal having IBBI registration no. IBBI/IPA-001/IPP01482/2018-19/12251 as the Liquidator of the Corporate Debtor herein;
(b)The respondent be directed to provide all the information, documents and records pertaining to the corporate debtor in his possession and knowledge to the proposed Resolution Professional, Narayan Agarwal;
(c)Such further orders or directions be passed as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper.”
b. By way of this application, the sole CoC member being Youthstar Vanijya Private Limited has proposed to replace Mr. Santanu Brahma by Mr. Narayan Agarwal as liquidator. The sole CoC member replaced Mr. Santanu Brahma due to inability to bear the fees of the outgoing liquidator. In view of such, the prayer is allowed. Accordingly, this IA(I.B.C)/1524(KB)2025 is disposed of.
