IA-2092(MB)/2021:-

This is an application filed under Section 27 and Section 60 (5) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code read with Rule 11 of the NCLT Rules, 2016, for replacement of RP Mr. Sameer Kakar by appointing Ms. Sujata Chattopadhyay as the new Resolution Professional. The application is supported by the minutes of the CoC dated 16.09.2021. The resolution professional has also filed her written consent in Form-2 which is annexed with the present application. Accordingly, we accept the prayer made in the application and allow the appointment of Ms. Sujata Chattopadhyay (registration no. IBBI/IPA-003/IP-N00044/2017-2018/10353) to act as Resolution Professional in this matter.
