This application is filed by the CoC under Section 22(3)(b) of the IBC, 2016 for replacement of IRP, Mr. Dhaval Jitendrakumar Mistry with the new RP, Mr. Jagdish Kumar.
We heard the Learned Counsel, Mr. Tejas Vyas appearing for the CoC. CoC in its meeting dated 26.08.2022 by 72.52% voting decided to replace the IRP with the new RP.
Hence, we replace the IRP with the new RP, Mr. Jagdish Kumar having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00671/2017-18/11143 for the CIRP of the Corporate Debtor.
We direct the IRP to handover all the assets, documents and the property of the Corporate Debtor to the RP within three days.
With this direction, IA/159(MP)2022 stands allowed and disposed of.
