Mr. R Pahsyntiew, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Z. E. Nongkynrih, learned GA for the respondents, submit that the matter can be closed in terms of the order passed in WP(C) 318 of 2025, inasmuch as, the respondents have agreed to place the case of the petitioners before the Screening Committee.

In this view of the matter, nothing remains for consideration and the same stands closed and disposed of.

However, as provided in the earlier writ petition, the same to be done within 6(six) months from the date of this order.
