ORDER
When the matter is taken up, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner/Appellant filed a Memo stating that, despite sincere efforts, he was not able to obtain the present address of the Petitioner/Appellant.
This matter is listed for hearing of the Waiver Application.
When the matter was taken up on 09.03.2026, it was informed by the Leaned Counsel for Petitioner/Appellant that Petition/Appellant was not willing to make pre-deposit. Time was granted, as requested, to contact the Petitioner/Appellant to obtain instructions as to make pre-deposit.
As already stated, a Memo has been filed stating that the Counsel for the Petitioner/Appellant is not able to contact the Petitioner/Appellant.
It was made clear on 09.03.2026 that failure to argue the Waiver Application would result in dismissal of the Waiver Application. Since no arguments have been advanced in the Wavier Application, the Waiver Application in IA 580/2025 is dismissed. Consequently, the Appeal in A.IR:420/2025 is rejected. All pending IAs, if any, stand closed.
