Mr. Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:
MA 898/2021 is filed with a prayer to condone the delay of 10,526 days, which is equivalent to about 28 years, i.e. almost one generation. The applicant intends to challenge the order of dismissal said to have been passed against him in the year 1991. Even for the best possible reasons and even if a person may have suffered the most miserable circumstances, such a delay of about three decades cannot be condoned.

We reject the MA. The O.A. shall also stand rejected. There shall be no order as to costs.
