Judgment
Heard Mr. B. Parameswara Rao, learned counsel for the applicant, and Mr. T.S. Rayalu, learned counsel representing Mr. W.B. Srinivas, learned counsel for the respondents.
This is an application for appointment of an arbitrator for adjudication of disputes between the applicant and the respondents. On 05.03.2021, the following order was passed:
"None appears for the applicant on call.
Mr. T.S. Rayalu, learned counsel representing Mr. W.B. Srinivas, learned counsel for the respondents, submits that the counsel for the applicant has got some connectivity problem. He further submits that long back on 29.11.2019, the respondents had proposed the name of Mr. N. Sanyasi Rao, District Judge (Retired), as arbitrator.
List this case after two weeks."
Today, Mr. B. Parameswara Rao, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that he has no objection to Mr. N. Sanyasi Rao, District Judge (Retired), being appointed as arbitrator.
In that view of the matter, Mr. N. Sanyasi Rao, District Judge (Retired), is appointed as arbitrator. The fee of the arbitrator as well as the other terms and conditions shall be settled by the parties in consultation with the arbitrator so appointed.
Registry will send a copy of this order to Mr. N. Sanyasi Rao, District Judge (Retired), in his proper address.
Accordingly, the Arbitration Application stands disposed of. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
