Judgment

Rule. Learned APP waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of the respondent- State of Gujarat.
By way of the present application, the applicant has prayed to release him on temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the ground of medical treatment of his wife.
Heard learned advocate appearing for the applicant and learned APP appearing for the respondent-State. I have gone through the jail record of the applicant and perused the documents produced along with the application as well as considered the averments made in this application. His jail conduct is found to be good.
Considering the submissions made by learned advocates for the respective parties and considering the above aspect, I am of the opinion that the present application requires consideration and accordingly, the same is partly allowed. The applicant is hereby ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 7 DAYS from the date of his actual release on usual terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the concerned Authority.
During his release period, the applicant shall mark his presence once before the concerned police station.
Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Registry is hereby directed to forward the copy of this order to the concerned Jail Authority.
