Shri S.K. Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the present MA has been filed by the applicant seeking withdrawal of the present OA as the grievance of the applicant is stated to have already redressed by the respondents during the pendency of the OA. Permission is granted. OA stands dismissed as withdrawn. The aforesaid MA also stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
