Judgment

The Corpus - Ms. Pranjal has been produced through the Office of Full Time Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Ahmedabad Rural, we
have interacted with the Corpus - Ms. Pranjal, aged about 17- 18 years.
The petition has been filed by the real elder Sister - Hiral Hemantbhai Vora. The father - Hemantbhai Vora and the sister - Hiral Hemantbhai Vora
were also present in the Office of Mr. DevashishTrivedi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
We have interacted with the parties and heard the learned counsel.
In the circumstances of the case, we are of the opinion that the Corpus - Pranjal should be directed to go to her own father's residence. Admittedly,
she has not yet married with the respondent No.1 - Dipen (Deepu) Ashokbhai Premani.
The matter is postponed for a period of four weeks.
The learned Full Time Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Ahmedabad Rural, is requested to visit the place of the said father - Mr.
Hemantbhai Vora or his nominated Officer from the District Legal Services Authority at least twice over in next 4 weeks and who may make Report
after talking to the concerned family members including the petitioner - Hiralben, father - Hemantbhai and the Corpus - Ms. Pranjal, and submit the
Report in the sealed cover to this Court after period of four weeks.
The further necessary orders shall be passed after a period of four weeks.
List again on 08th September, 2021.
