Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Manoj Nigam who appears for the respondent nos. 2 & 3.
The petitioner is aggrieved by non consideration of her application for appointment on compassionate ground. It is her case that the husband of the petitioner late Dhirendra Pratap Singh was working on the post of Branch Manager at Shikohabad in U.P. Cooperative Land Development Bank, District Firozabad and he died in harness on 31.7.2014.
The petitioner made an application for appointment on compassionate ground on 16.9.2015 and has completed all formalities, but no decision has been taken till date with regard to her application by the respondents.
Without entering into the merits of the controversy, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to call for a report from the respondent no. 3 and pass appropriate reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
