Ran Vijai Singh,J.

The petitioner appears to be aggrieved by inaction of the respondents by not issuing appointment letter in favour of the petitioner.

The case of the petitioner is that her husband was daftari with the respondent and he died in harness on 4.3.2005. After his death on 26.5.2005 the petitioner has given an application before respondent no.3 for appointing her on compassionate ground pursuant to the circular of Central Bank of India, but no decision has yet been taken, hence this writ petition.

I have heard Sri N.P.Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vishnu Pratap learned counsel for the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner may again approach to the respondent no.2 by filing a representation annexing the copies of earlier applications given by the petitioner for her appointment along with certified copy of the order of this Court. The respondent no.2 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner''s representation in accordance with law by passing a reasoned speaking order within three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order along with representation.

Subject to the above observation the writ petition is disposed of.
