With the consent of the parties, this appeal is taken up for hearing today itself.
Heard.
Learned Counsel for the parties are ad idem that the issue raised in this appeal is squarely covered by the judgment passed by Hon'ble Coordinate Bench of this Court in RFA No. 211of 2016, titled as HPPCL & Anr. Vs. Gopi Nand & Ors. decided on 25.11.2019 and other connected matters and pray that this appeal be disposed of with the direction that the findings so returned by Hon'ble Coordinate Bench shall mutatis mutandis apply to this appeal also.
Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of with the direction that findings returned by Hon'ble Coordinate Bench of this Court in RFA No. 211of 2016, titled as HPPCL & Anr. Vs. Gopi Nand & Ors. decided on 25.11.2019 and other connected matters, shall mutatis mutandis apply to this appeal also and all directions so issued by Hon'ble Coordinate Bench shall be construed as having been issued in this appeal also. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
As prayed for, excess amount, if any, be paid to the appellants, in accordance with law and relevant rules.
