Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for the parties are AD IDEM that the issue raised in this petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 7355 of 2013, titled as Sant Ram Verma versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, decided on 18.11.2013 and pray that this petition be disposed of with the direction that the findings so returned by Hon'ble Division Bench in case referred to above, shall MUTATIS MUTANDIS applies to this appeal also.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the direction that findings returned by Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 7355 of 2013, titled as Sant Ram Verma versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, decided on 18.11.2013, shall MUTATIS MUTANDIS apply to this petition also and all directions so issued by Hon'ble Division Bench shall be construed as having been issued in this petition also. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
