Hon’ble Mr. Justice L. Narasimha Reddy, Chairman:-

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant sought permission of the Tribunal to withdraw the O.A., with liberty to the applicant to file another OA on the same cause of action.

Permission is accorded. The OA is dismissed as withdrawn. It would be open to the applicant to file a fresh one on the same cause of action. There shall be no order as to costs.
