Hon’ble Ms. Manjula Das:

By this OA, the applicant seeks a direction to the respondent no.2 to provide admit card to him, and allow him to sit in the examination to be held on 02.08.2021.

2.

Mr. Kanhaiya Lal, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the DSSSB sent a message and link to the students to upload their photos and Aadhar Card number on the website of DSSSB, but the applicant was not able to update his details due to network error/technical glitches. The learned counsel further submits that when the applicant went to DSSSB office on 30.07.2021 for inquiry as to his admit card, the respondents informed him that due to non-updation of his photogprah and Adhar Card on the website, his admit card would not be issued, and accordingly, he could not sit in the examination scheduled for 02.08.2021.

3.

Ms. Esha Mazumdar, learned counsel for the respondents, submits that the OA has become infructuous, as the examination, which was scheduled to be held on 02.08.2021, is already over.

4.

Having regard to the fact that the examination is already over, nothing can be done at this stage. Hence, this OA stands dismissed as having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
