Judgment

Time, as prayed for, is granted to the appellant subject to payment of cost of Rs. 15,000/- to be paid to the respondent by Bank Draft or National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT). This amount shall paid by the appellant no. 1 to the respondent within period of 4 weeks from today.
