This is an application filed apropos this Commission's Order dated 04.02.2020 vide which first appeal no. 1933 of 2019 was disposed of.
Learned counsel for the respondents / complainants submits that the appellant / opposite party no. 1 has not complied with the conditions relating to payment / deposit of cost as contained in para 4 and para 6 of this Commission's said Order of 04.02.2020. Learned counsel further submits that they will make their submissions accordingly and raise this issue before the State Commission, and requests for a clarification that there is no modification made by this Commission in respect of the conditions contained in para 4 and para 6 of its Order dated 04.02.2020.
The Order dated 04.02.2020 of this Commission is self-contained and self-speaking. It is made explicit that till date there is no modification in the conditions contained in para 4 and para 6 thereof. The respondents / complainants are free to raise their issues and make their submissions before the State Commission in the normal wont.
The Registrar is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all the parties in the first appeal as well as to the State Commission within three days.
