No one is present on behalf of respondent No.4
On 12th February, 2021 we had directed respondent No.4 to file a specific reply as we found that reply filed by her was vague and lacking in clarity.
Office was also directed to issue notice to her along with a copy of the order passed on 12th February, 2021. In spite of that respondent No.4 has not
complied with the directions and today when the matter is taken up none is present on her behalf.
As a matter of last indulgence we grant another four weeks’ time to respondent No.4 to comply with the directions issued on 12th February, 2021
failing which we shall proceed in the matter without granting any further time to her.
Office is directed to issue notice again to respondent no.4 along with a copy of today’s order and also the earlier order dated 12th February, 2021
intimating her that in case she does not respond to this notice, we shall hear the matter without granting her any further opportunity.
List the matter again on 13th September, 2021.
