Judgment

Whether the Petitioner is entitled for recovery of STBs and viewing cards from the Respondents in good working condition or in the alternative the cost of the STBs as claimed in the Petition ?
To what other relief / reliefs the Petitioner is entitled for ?
Four weeks time was prayed and is allowed to the Petitioner for filing their Evidence Affidavits. The Respondents may file their Evidence Affidavits within four weeks thereafter. List the matter on 17th January, 2022 for directions.
