Whether Respondent No.1 has illegally migrated to Respondent No.2 in violation of the terms of the Agreement signed between the Petitioner and Respondent No.1 and / or in violation of the Interconnect Regulations ?
Whether the Petitioner is entitled for outstanding dues towards the subscription charges from Respondent No.1 as claimed in the Petition along with interest ?
Whether the Petitioner is entitled for recovery of STBs along with viewing cards in good working condition or in the alternative the cost of the STBs as claimed in the Petition ?
To what other relief / reliefs the Petitioner is entitled for ?
Four weeks time was prayed and granted enabling the Petitioner to file their Evidence Affidavits. The Respondents may file their Evidence Affidavits within four weeks thereafter. List the matter on 17th December, 2021 for directions.
