Judgment
J.N. Bhatt, J.—Mr. Mehta,learned advocate for the petitioner states that many similar matters are admitted and interim relief has been granted. Copies of such orders passed in various such matters are also placed on record. Reliance is also placed on interim order of the Division Bench of this court recorded on 31.8.1989 and also on the judgment of Division Bench of this court in similar matter viz. Special civil application No. 3547 of 1989 on 13.7.1993.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances, the following order is passed:
Rule to be heard with Special civil application No. 7577 of 1992 and other allied matters. Notice as to interim relief returnable on 20.1.1997.In the meantime, ad-interim relief restraining the respondents from terminating services of the petitioner with a clarification that it will be open for the respondents to terminate the services of the petitioner in accordance with law. It is further directed that the petitioner shall be paid wages calculated and determined at the minimum of pay-scale applicable to the cadre in which the petitioner is working with effect from 1.1.1997 until further orders. Obviously, this will be without prejudice to rights and contentions of the parties. S./O. to 20.1.1997. Direct service permitted.
