Judgment

The petitioner, who is working as a JBT in Government Primary School (GPS), Nagakeoli Education Block, Seraj-I, District Mandi (H.P.) and is
under transfer to Government Primary School (GPS), Seri Mangarh Education Block Seraj-I, District Mandi (H.P.), which statedly is a hard area, has
come up before this Court seeking quashing of impugned order of transfer dated 23.07.2020 (Annexure P-2).
2 Notice. Mr. Yudhvir Singh Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Consequently, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to respondent No.2, the Director of Elementary
Education, Government of Himachal Pradesh, within one week from today, in accordance with the Transfer Policy. On receipt of such representation,
the said respondent shall consider and decide the same, in the light of the Transfer Policy occupying the field, and pass appropriate orders, within two
weeks. Subject to filing of representation by the petitioner within the time-frame mentioned above, till the decision of representation, the petitioner shall
not be disturbed, if not already relieved. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
