Present Revision has been filed challenging the order dated 02.09.2022, passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Haldwani in Miscellaneous Criminal Case No.74 of 2021, by which, the learned Judge has directed the revisionist to pay Rs.7,000/- per month to his wife Smt. Diksha Budhlakoti for her interim maintenance from the date of the Application.
Heard Mr. D.K. Joshi, learned counsel for revisionist, Mr. V.K. Gemini, learned Deputy Advocate General for State and Mr. Prateek Dalakoti, learned counsel for respondent no.2.
Mr. D.K. Joshi, Advocate, has requested to decide the present Revision directing the concerned Court to expedite the Miscellaneous Criminal Case No.74 of 2021 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
The said prayer is an innocuous prayer.
Present Revision is disposed of directing the Judge, Family Court, Haldwani to decide the Miscellaneous Criminal Case No.74 of 2021, filed under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
