Judgment
Alok Kumar Verma, J
The proposed Criminal Revision has been filed challenging the order dated 02.03.2023, passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Haridwar in Case No.365 of 2021, by which, the learned Judge has directed the revisionist – opposite party to pay Rs.8,000/- per month to his wife, respondent no.2, for her interim maintenance.
Heard Mr. Bhuwan Bhatt, learned counsel for the revisionist, Mr. M.K. Chand, learned AGA for the State and Mr. Mohd. Safdar, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.
Mr. Bhuwan Bhatt, Advocate, has sought permission to withdraw the proposed criminal revision with direction to the concerned Family Court to decide the Case No.365 of 2021, filed under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as expeditiously as possible.
The said submission has not been opposed by Mr. Mohd. Safdar, Advocate.
The proposed Criminal Revision (No.276 of 2023) is dismissed as withdrawn directing the learned Judge, Family Court, Haridwar to decide the Case No.365 of 2021, filed under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, most expeditiously.
