While placing on record copy of office order dated 25.07.2023, issued under the signature of Director TC, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Directorate General of Training, Mr. Balram Sharma, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India stated that case of the petitioner is being reconsidered.
Bare perusal of aforesaid communication dated 4.8.2023 as well as copy of office order dated 25.07.2023 clearly reveal that relief, as prayed for, in the instant petition stands granted and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present proceedings.
Consequently, in view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to do the needful in terms of office order dated 25.07.2023 expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks. Needless to say, in case decision is taken in favour of the petitioner, appropriate time shall be given by the respondents to the petitioner for admission of trainees for the academic Session-2023-24. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
