Judgment

By way of instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following main relief(s)
“a) To issue a writ of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 27.07.2022 Annexure P-25 as the same has been passed without application of mind with a bias attitude apart from being discriminatory.
b) To issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue renewal of essentiality certificate to the petitioner for the session 2021-22 & 2022-23 in relation to Veterinary Pharmacist two years Diploma course functional with petitioner society. ”
While placing on record communication dated 1.8.2023 issued under the signatures of Director, Animal Husbandry, learned Advocate General states that the necessary permission to start two years Veterinary Pharmacist Training Course in favour of petitioner’s institution for 100 seats for the Academic Year 2021-23 has been given vide letter dated 26.8.2022, as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings.
Having taken note of the aforesaid communication, this court finds that the relief(s) as prayed for in the instant petition stand granted to the petitioner and nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition, which is accordingly disposed of, alongwith all pending applications.
