Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP. The present application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in

connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No.07 of 2021, registered under Sections 413/ 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/21 of Mines and

Minerals (Regulation and Development) Act 1957 as well as under Section 7/ 13 of Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining Transportation

and Storage) Rule 2017 and Section 33 of Indian Forest Act.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2021. It has been further submitted that the name of this petitioner has come on the

confessional statement of the driver, namely, Hanif Munda. It has been further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.

Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegation, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds

of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Gumla in connection with

Ghaghra P.S. Case No.07 of 2021 subject to the conditions that (i) the petitioner will show receipt of payment of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) in

favour of the Advocate's Clerks Association of Civil Court Gumla before the learned court below prior to his release and (ii) the petitioner will submit

self attested copy of his Aadhar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned court below which he will not change during pendency of

this case without prior permission of the court.
