The matter is taken up through video conferencing. No one turns up on behalf of the parties.

The petitioners are directed to remove the defects pointed out by the stamp reporter within two weeks after the lockdown is over.

Apprehending their arrest in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No.823 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No.2676 of 2019 instituted under Sections

341, 323, 307, 354B, 354C, 504, 506, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioners have moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail.

Perusal of the record reveals that the allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners, in furtherance of their common intention with the co-

accused persons, attempted to murder the members of the informant party and outraged the modesty of lady members. It has been averred in the

instant anticipatory bail application that the allegation against the petitioners is false. It has been next averred that the parties have settled the matter

outside the court and a joint compromise petition has been filed by the parties in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Rajmahal, the copy of

certified copy of which has been kept at Annexure-2 page-17-20 of the brief, wherein it has inter alia been mentioned that good sense has been

restored between the parties and the parties are own relatives and they do not want to proceed with the case. It has next been averred that there is

delay in institution of the complaint which upon being forwarded to police under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., the F.I.R. of this case has been lodged. It has

also been averred that the petitioners are ready and willing to abide by any terms and conditions imposed upon them by this Court.

Considering the facts of the case, I am inclined to grant privileges of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to

surrender in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Rajmahal within six weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrendering, they will be

enlarged on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

S.D.J.M., Rajmahal in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No.823 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No.2676 of 2019 with the condition that they will

co-operate with the investigation of the case and appear before the investigating officer as and when noticed by him and furnish their mobile number

and photocopy of the Aadhar Card with an undertaking that they will not change their mobile number during the pendency of the case and subject to

the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
