Judgment
The relief sought for by the petitioner is to the extent of non granting of the benefits of the second time scale pay payable to the petitioner w.e.f. 07.05.2008 onwards. The petitioner herein stood retired from service w.e.f. 30.09.2012.
The State counsel at this juncture referring to Annexure P/5 dated 08.09.2021 passed by the Additional Director of the department submitted that the claim of the petitioner is in the process of consideration and there is already aforesaid order in this regard.
Given the said facts and also taking note of the order Annexure P/5 dated 08.09.2021 issued by the office of the Deputy Director in the department of Food and Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection, the writ petition as of now stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2 to 6 to take all necessary steps so far as the granting of second time scale pay to the petitioner in accordance with the orders and circulars of the State Govt. subject to due verification so far as the entitlement part is concerned. Let this entire exercise be concluded within an outer limit of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
