Judgment
Mr. Vadeendra Joshi, learned counsel appears for the appellant.
Mr. Mohd. Imran Khan, learned Additional Advocate General for the State appears for respondent Nos.2 to 6.
The instant Writ Appeals arise out of interim order dated 07.08.2025 passed by the learned writ Court in I.A. Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 in Writ Petition No.22538 of 2025.
In view of this Court's interim order dated 27.02.2026, whereby the impugned interim order dated 07.08.2025, passed by the learned writ Court in I.A. Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 in W.P. No.22538 of 2025, was vacated, nothing survives in the instant writ appeals. Therefore, the instant Writ Appeals are disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
