At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the directions of this Tribunal, the respondents have passed the Revisionary Authority’s order.

Mr. Satpal Singh, learned counsel for the respondent submits that to this effect, he has filed the compliance affidavit as well.

In view of aforesaid, the present CP is closed. Notices are discharged. The applicant shall be at liberty in accordance with law, if so advised.
