Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 15.12.2025, today the case is listed for reporting compliance of the first installment amount.
2.The learned counsel for petitioner filed a memo along with a copy of demand draft confirming that the amount of Rs.4,72,000/- paid to the respondent on 13.01.2026. The memo is recorded. A scanned reproduction of the demand draft reads as follows:
3.The learned counsel for petitioner/accused reaffirms that on or before 15.02.2026, the balance amount of Rs.4,72,000/- will be deposited.
4.The learned counsel for the respondent/complainant submits that the earlier order copy made ready on 20.01.2026. Now she received the order copy and she will file a Memo/petition before the trial Court to receive the amount of Rs.9,44,000/- which was already deposited to the credit of C.C.No.203 of 2016 along with accrued interest if any and now the deposited amount of Rs.4,72,000/-.
5.Post the case on 18.02.2026 for reporting compliance of the second installment amount.
