Judgment

Ms. B. Nandita, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appeared on behalf of the respondent nos. 1, 2 & 3; and Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondent no. 4. This matter has been listed for referral to the Spl. Mediation Drive, for the Nation.
It has been submitted at the Bar that there is possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute raise in the write petition through mediation.
Accordingly, Registry is directed to place the record of these cases before the appointed mediator, High Court Mediation Center, for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement.
The Petitioner, and all the respondents or any of their representatives duly authorized for such settlement along with their counsels are directed to appear before the appointed Mediator on 16.02.2026 at 1:30 p.m.
A copy of this order be furnished to all the counsel appearing for parties through Whatsapp/Email during the course of day for doing the needful.
